Here you will find information about the Year Councils. The page includes information on who we are, what we do, what the structure of the Year Council is and a link to our minutes.

Who we are:

The Year Councils at Simon Balle School are made up of two representatives from each form group.

What we do (our role):

The Year Councils meet at least once every half term and is chaired by their Head of Year.

The purpose of the meetings is to:

- Discuss issues that are important yet specific to your year group with their Head Of Year

- Feedback ideas and issues from each form group

- Discuss and propose ideas to go to Student Parliament for Societies

Who is who:

All of the form reps for your year will be happy to help you and represent your issues at Year Council.
